   Shenzhen Xiangtong Co., Ltd.（XTCONN）was established on April 9, 2001. It has nearly 20 years of experience in the research and development and manufacturing of zirconia ceramics and automation equipment. XTCONN is a National High-tech Enterprise and now has Optical Communication Division, Medical Division, and Automation Equipment Division.  The company has R&D and manufacturing centers under the jurisdiction of Songshan Lake R&D and Manufacturing Base, Xinhao Manufacturing Center, Dalingshan Manufacturing Center, and Shenzhen Marketing Center. It has more than 2,000 employees and a production and office area of more than 30,000 square meters.

    The Optical Communication Division focuses on the research, development, production,and sales of TOSA/ROSA/BOSA receptacles, zirconia ceramic sleeves, pigtails, fiber adapters, ceramic insulation rings and zirconia structural ceramics for optical communications.

   The receptacles developed by the company for TOSA/ROSA/BOSA have the advantages of good consistency, small changes of optical power directionality and plug repeatability. The receptacle independently developed by the company was obtained national patents and successfully solving the Wiggle requirement of the high-end optical modules thus laying a solid foundation for the development of high-speed and large-capacity optical communications.

   The zirconia ceramic sleeve developed by Xiangtong relying on original technology has the advantages of plug durability, resistance to extrusion, resistance to expansion, low insertion loss, and good directionality. It has been extensively verified by the market, and it is also a rare domestic brand that can compete with that kind of product from Japan and has become the alternative of imported products.
